Our multivitamin supplement is used as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet.

It is important to respect the daily dose, namely 4 capsules per day with a glass of water. The capsules are to be taken during a meal.

Each box contains 100 capsules of plant origin. Knowing that we take 4 per day, the duration of the treatment is therefore 25 days.

As it contains caffeine naturally present in some of its ingredients, our food supplement is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is also for children and adolescents.

Prolonged use is not recommended.
