What is moringa?
Also called "tree of life", moringa has been used for decades for its properties and its nutritional value.
Native to regions with warm climates, it is found in India, Africa, South America and the Caribbean.
Its seeds and leaves are widely used in cooking and herbal medicine. Moreover, they contain a lot of vitamins. It contains vitamins A, C, D, E, K and B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12).
This food also contains essential minerals and trace elements. Among them, magnesium, calcium, potassium, copper, iron, sulfur, zinc, or even selenium and fluorine.
Moringa also contains proteins, including certain essential amino acids. We can cite here tryptophan, lysine, leucine and even threonine. Secondary amino acids, flavonoids, polyphenols and chlorophyll complete this list of components and active ingredients.
If it is so interesting, it is above all because it actively stimulates the body's immune defenses. Thus, it helps prevent illnesses, particularly during periods of vulnerability (seasonal changes).
In addition, it has powerful antioxidant properties, the objective of which is to prevent and slow down the effects of cellular aging. It is also distinguished by its vitamin C content, which is seven times higher than that of oranges.
Moringa is also of great support in the prevention and fight against cardiovascular diseases. It is known to help prevent age-related health problems. But also to fight against insomnia and male libido problems.
And as if that wasn't enough, organic moringa is also beneficial for skin and hair health.
How to consume moringa powder?
